Misfortunes of Smart Wifi and Smart Bro Customers
Since PLDT owns Smart, or it’s one of their sister companies, shouldn’t we be allowed to transfer to PLDT myDSL XPERIENCE if Smart Bro doesn’t work for us?
Just a suggestion, did anybody else try to ask this yet, I’ll ask this next time I go to a service center.

I’ve been planning to switch to PLDT NXGN; logically, fiber performs better than fixed wireless, pero we’ll see. Not sure if I’m willing to do a straight transfer, seeing that Smart Bro is the only viable broadband option where I live right now. Might have to run Smart Bro & NXGN side-by-side for a few months and see if NXGN performs well.
In any case, please update us when you get to ask about transferring. Thanks!
I just called smart customer service few hours ago. I ask the same thing. Unfortunately they don’t allow anyone to transfer us to pldt. (sadly)
I wanted to try PLDT Xcite. I need to sep up an ip phone and ask them na ung smart bro ko is not allowed, since its only 384. i need to upgrade to corporate package daw which is 3,600? but the speed is only 488?anu cla hilo? eh ung plds xcite 1.3 mbps for only 1,995. GRRRRR!! I HATE SMART BROKEN!
NO CONNECTION! I really hate those words! would u find ways to fix the problem in a jiffy???? my friend also experienced such prob last week! it took him 2 weeks in a row to suffer the consequences of it! is dat a domino effect or something? nah… get lost smartbro! You are of no help to part-timers like me using the NET! Sad to say…
i have an internet business here in cavite with 26 units. my provider in our place is digitel and they only gave me 832 frequency. i have applied for 2 dsl lines from them but as of now they dont have available slot yet not until their expansion has made. this is too slow so i decided to add 3 smart bros using a router for 4 internet providers. the problem here is that smart bros are not working most of the time and seems like i only have 1 provider now, the digitel. sayang lang ang binabayad ko sa smart bro. now i am planning to upgrade to corporate account but still worried that they cant also provide enough speed that i needed for my internet.
grabeh!!! pls. do something naman to improve your services!!!
