Wag kayo magpapadala sa paulit ulit na troubleshootong techniques na pinapagawa nila pag ditalaga umuubra. Be firm. In fact insist that you talk to their supervisor mismo at hindi sa CSR. Yung pagtawag nyo sa CSR e sabayin nyo din ng pagpapadala ng email sa customer service. Make sure na idagdag nyo NTC sa email recipient. Automatic aasikasuhin kayo ng smart.
