Misfortunes of Smart Wifi and Smart Bro Customers
I’m suffering with an average download speed of 10KB/sec. and an average of almost 10 server time-outs per day… in fact it took me almost 3mins to just browse this page… i had already reported my situation to the customer service but it’s almost a month and i didn’t feel any change… HELLO!! is there anyone who can help me?!… (my location: hermosa, bataan)…thank you for any help or advice you could give….Godbless us all!Ü

same problem bro. ryt now my download speed is 5-10KBps… it really sux… can do something? none. calling customer service? useless.
Kulitin nyo ng kulitin sila. Wag nyo tantanan. Saka tuwing tatawag kayo sa CSR e kunin nyo service reference number nyo… Wag kayo magpapadala sa paulit ulit na troubleshootong techniques na pinapagawa nila pag ditalaga umuubra. Be firm. In fact insist that you talk to their supervisor mismo at hindi sa CSR.
Yung pagtawag nyo sa CSR e sabayin nyo din ng pagpapadala ng email sa customer service. Make sure na idagdag nyo NTC sa email recipient. Automatic aasikasuhin kayo ng smart.
Check nyo mga past posts dito, andun instructions as well as info sa pag-email sa smart at NTC.

hi newbie here sa blog na ito pero may share ako sa inyo..if sakaling pumunta un tech support pa adjust nyo un antenna or tawag dun re calibrate un positon ng canopy sometimes it helps
minsan kwentuhan nyo na video upload ang use nyo sa smart bro like i did and configure nila sa tolerable speed.honestly dpame satisfied sa speed na ito kc
yey!!! NTC emailed me again because i emailed them again of teh uselessness of Smart pero pinagpipilitan nila na aayusin nila base station peron hangang ngayon sira parin since November pa. Pero i still wont pay my bill.

guys im from the hotline of smartbro dont be mad at the agents answering your calls were just doing our job what we are told to do… i know it sucks but i understand how you feel pls… dont be an irrate caller coz we ourselves are dealing with the sam problem… were enhancing our product through your complaints… so guys please bear with us as for now
