Misfortunes of Smart Wifi and Smart Bro Customers
Fellow customers, this is a call for us to demand proper service from Smart Bro/WiFi. Since a few weeks back I have decided to become more demanding and persistent in my demands from the customer service representatives. I suggest everyone else do the same.
Demand from them when the connection will be fixed.
Do not put the phone down until the give proper answers.
If they can’t give answers, then look for someone who can give one. Ask them to contact that person. Do not let up until they give the proper answer. Who cares if you’re talking to the supervisor but you are not getting the proper answer? Demand it. Don’t hang it up until they say it. This will show if they do or do not have an answer at all. Let them say it. Hear it from them that their customer/system support do not know what they are doing so their mistakes will become apparent. Let them admit their defeat.
If you are put on hold, then let us wait. Show them our persistence that we want service. Let them search their precious resources for as long as they want, then show them that we will not falter in our resolve. If they come back after a long time without any answer, demand it again until they give in to what we want.
It’s all in the name of justice. We are paying customers who want our service, and it’s not being given to us? Then let’s keep on bugging them, calling them, maybe shouting at them until they give it. Is it evil? No. It is their job to give us service, service that is to be rightfully given to us.
Justice and patience: let these be the guidelines to our cause.
Random story: A few weeks back I was complaining about their system being congested. Last Thursday my cousin just had her Smart Bro connected. Their systems are congested, yet they allow new subscribers? Is this the right way to treat their paying customers?

Grabe, garapalan talagang panloloko.
mejo mahaba paxenxa ko sa internet nila.. kasi mejo ok ok naman.. la ako paki basta may connection.. hindi naman na ddc before.. recently, bumagal sha.. 2 weeks before nung mga bagyo, pmnta dito ung mga smart people to fix my netz.. umakyat nga ata sila sa bubong nun, so nung naayos.. ok na.
nung umuulan ok pa ung connection.. tapos rcently, bumagal na sha.. pmnta dito ung mga nagayos nung saturday but STILL WALA! di sila pumnta sa bubong.. dito lang sila sa kwarto.. mga leche.. wala din naman pinagbago! ganun padin. hay nako kaasar. mas gusto ko ung dating nagayos.. mejo kilala ko mukha nila e. mas “,masipag” sila magayos kasi aakyat ung isa sa bubong. hehe. tangkad pa naman nun.. hehe. ayun.. chaka ung dati na nagayos, chcneck nia ung ping, tapos pag nagsstop, aakyat ung isa sa bubong, ccheck ulit nila.. so far ung dalawang group palang ung nakikita kong ok mag ayos. ung pumunta nung sat wala eh. wala pa 30mins ata sila and2.. bwisit.
tapos meron din dito sa paco, ung parang booth ng smartbro, APPLY NOW! My gosh! dami dami na ata nag apply dito sa paco kaya bmagal.. GRR HATE IT!!
I experienced the same thing about their customer service. Omg! They kept on telling me something is wrong with the basestation! I asked them what is wrong?! and they said… something is wrong! can you believe that? You are so right! We need to demand them to give us answers! not “palusot” Then i configured the canopy and asked them what should be the color code that would work under my basestation and they said “im sorry mam but we are not allowed to access that” I was like… who is then?! and again.. they couldnt give a straight answer! I have been dealing with their lame excuses and connection for 2months now! Omg… I’ve suffered long enough! I dont know what to do with this! they said if i disconnect my contract i’ll have to pay the monthly chargex12-1 because i paid na before.. so it will be 10,945… omg I might just! nakakainis na talaga!
wow, i cant express my frustration sa smart connection ko.. storm or no storm, im always disconnected.. and their costumer service, my gosh.. subscribing to smartbro was a very big mistake, i thought okay ung service nila… i e-mailed them like 3 times, first reply was that they make me do some sort of nonsense that didnt help my connection at all.. finally their CSR called, just asked a few questions then nothing… my connection was still the same, slow slow slow… and always disconnected.. i really hate this smart service.. so if ever there’s someone who will read these posts, i hope you do something with your system or just close your damn company for goodness sake… you drive people crazy! oh you didnt realize that didnt you?!
oh BTW, i called them 4 times.. i was on hold for a long time, but i didnt wait for it like meili did.. Maybe i have ADD or somethin :p point is.. Costumer Service of Smart Sucks, Big time!

SMART better be glad i’m in the united states, instead of Phil. My wife uses them, and I have to call her 20-40x before i ever get connected, she never gets my sms messages over half the time, either. Their service is akin to f’king telephone service in the 70’s. Philippine companies in general all suck at customer service if they were allowed to act the way they act in the usa, americans would be sitting outside with shotguns waiting on them.
We had a new internet connection this June, 2008. at first the service is past. but later this 3rd week we already experience this an on and off connectivity problem. last night I strated at 9:30 pm to open my line and I was able to acces at around 11: 55 butbut it was only a second and i was offline again. I keep trying and tryimng after 30 min. I got but it was 3 mins only and I was offline again. We try to call costumer service but they ony promise and promise.
I was made beleive that they are he fastest and the better internet provider thought their ads. But they are not.
How about the money we paid for their services.
We are not getting the right/worth service for the money pay.
