Has anyone received billing statements from Smart? Or, has not received? Kindly post.
I’m currently in an ongoing email cha-cha with customercare regarding delivery of my billing statements. Since I signed up early this year, I have not received a single billing statement.
Why is this important? If people are looking to filing legal complaints against Smart for non-delivery of services, you’d have to prove that you’re a SmartBro subscriber. How? By presenting the billing statements and your corresponding payments.

I also have other obligations to pay every month and monitoring this expenses would be much more easier if I have a hard copy of your statement of account. I understand that your company has a strict policy when it comes to payment issues but you must also consider the subscribers right to have a billing statement delivered on time for transparency. My contract will expire soon. How do you expect me to renew it for another year with the kind of service you are giving. tsk! tsk! tsk!……

Hello, Kinabitan ako last August 17,09. Since I knew that the payment will be 999 every month, I sent someone to smart wireless center (Sep.14,09) San fernando pampanga to pay my bill. The cashier asked for 291.00 pesos only but will have to pay 999.00 pesos by September 25. Please advice ‘coz I thought we will only pay for 999 a month, what’s the 291 for? It took me over 7 months to get the first bill. Lost of complaining, no good. In 2 years, I have gotten a total of 6 billing statements. The first one was for 70 centavos.. I used to wait until after the 17th of the month and go pay at the Smart Service Center in Olongapo. Now the cashier will no longer take CASH. They don’t trust their on cashier (who gave a reciept for the cash with your account number on it). Now they want you to trust a machine. I can’t wait for the “I put 1000 pesos in the machine, but the machine only says 100 pesos was taken out”

your operator assistance always calling me…asking when will i settle my account after a month and a half of not paying the said amount… how can i pay my bills…???!!! if you didn’t able to send me my billings…!!! settle first your obligations to your costumer before asking the payments…..!!! it is almost 2 months na…!!! wala pa rin akong bills na nare2cieve….!!! i’m willing to pay…!!! but send me first my billings… pls. be up to date in sending our billing statements as you always did to your costumer regarding payments….
