I am one of the thousand victims of SmartBro.

At first I was a happy customer dahil mabilis nilang naikabait ang connection ko but after a month, nagsimula ang problema ko. Mabagal na ang internet connection and worse, madalas wala pa basta umulan.

I was really upset and disappointed. I tried calling their hotline pero di naman ma reach.

Active ba talaga ang hotline nila or papogi lang??? Then because of disappointment, I planned not to pay the first month bill dahil may advance naman ako sa kanila na first month, right and besides wala pang dumarating na bill samin?

Actually 1500 nga ang binayaran ko at gusto ko ng pa disconnect, until I went to their wireless center and found out na may lock in period pala. So I need to pay for pre-termination fee. Why would I pay for such amount na hindi ko naman nagamit ang service?

Then after 3 months of not using their service dahil madalang namn ako umuwi samin at sira ang PC ko, at dahil wala naman gumagamit, I decided not to get it repaired.

Until one day, may dumating na letter coming form their lawyers demanding me to pay for 11,000+. Ano sila sira?? Bakit ko babayaran yun?? Tumawag ako sa number na nakalagay sa letter, yung nakausap ko sinabi na kaya lumobo ng ganun ung bill ay dahil sa pre-termination, interest at lawyers fee.

Whhhaaaatttt??? Hindi ako kumuha ng service ng abogado na yun kaya manigas sila. Never ko babayaran ang sinasabi nilang amount.

Then I received another letter stating na pag di ako nag comply with their said period ay i-she-sheriff daw nila ang bahay namin. Then do it and I will file for harassment. Grabe manakot ang Smart. Kung gusto nyong wag kayo iwanan ng mga customers nyo, then serve us the right service we deserve..

Be smart guys!! Subscribing and believing in your scam is the biggest mistake I’ve done..
