Misfortunes of Smart Wifi and Smart Bro Customers
For 12 days I’ve been reporting this stupid DNS error to the Customer Supot of SMART BRO but all they do was record these errors and make those redundant troubleshooting and error reports, and send these over to their “Higher Technical Group” which seems more like “GHOST EMPLOYEES! my goodness! Are they even reading these reports that their customer supots are sending?!? Or do they even exist?!? and i can’t have my rebates din daw kase the requirement was for me to wait for the connection to be restored! eh wala ngang connection eh!!! and i don’t plan on continuing this stupid service! grabe, ang BULOK ng SMARTBRO! BULOK! Capital B!-U!-L!-O!-K!BULOOOOOOOOOKKK!

MGA BRO subsciber din ako ng SMARTbro almost going 2 years na ako subscriber pero dati almost 5-8months din ako gaya ninyo pero hindi ako tumigil sa pag research tungkol sa problem na to DC palagi !! and now i discovered the problem ng SMART yung kanilang DNS na 203. 87. 128.3 and 203.87.128.4 yan ang problem nga connection yan kasi ang default ng MERIDIAN TELECOMS kaya nag assign ako ng sarili kong #. mababago natin sa PC lng natin kasi yan ang palaging request time try ninyo na mag hanap ng inyong DNS na good standing and connectivity. sakin ang DNS ay sa San Francisco,USA pa ang BASE STATION kaya no problem na ako sa conection ko ngayon pag nag loloko palit ko lng ulit yun ng iba DNS. try ninyo rin baguhin DNS ninyo sakin effective yung ginawa ko. if u want help. email me at hightemplar2000@yahoo.com reply rin ako ASAP pag na read ko na yung email ninyo
