		<description>Since they install my smartbro the connection really sucks, I've asked the installer if it's gonna work well and before I've applied for it they assure me that it's as good a cable connection, but unfortunately it's as if I am using a dial up connection. I've been reporting this matter to their attention almost everyday but I have to undergo same thing that every CSA that I've talked to was just assisting me to trouble shoot  and trouble shoot. I am sick and tired of experiencing this very poor service knowing that I've signed for a contract of 1MBPS connection but I am just getting a 144KBPS to 350KBPS, luckily I have experience a speed of 890KBPS for one time but after an hour it actually dropped down to 299KBPS, I am not willing to pay for another 999 pesos because I am not getting the service that I am suppose to get from them! please do help the people like me!

On and off internet connection is the problem of mine. I don't want to pay if I cannot using it always.
