		<description>I visited Cebu City last month to visit my fiancee. I bought along 2 laptops, one for my fiancee and my own. We tried using smart bro inside the hotel room and no signal at all. Cannot connect. When we get lucky, it would work for 20 minutes then it would disconnect. I tried using my laptop with windows vista at ganun din, walang swerte. Ok it did work for 5 to 10 minutes and then disconnected.
  We went to the rooftop hoping ma solve ang problema pero same thing, no connection. It did work when she's at home half of the time but the last few days wala talagang LUCK. I'm back here in New Jersey now and i felt bad to all the people that got robbed by a major communication giant. I hate that i can't communicate with my loved ones because of misleading ads.
    Is there anyone there who works for GMA or ABS-CBN have the same problem or anyone there in Metro Manila pa imbestigahan itong SMART BRO problem. Dapat makulong dito ang higher ups of this company. It's like being robbed or got hold up every month by these CORPORATE THUGS. I guess i'll send my fiancee money so she could switch to PLDT-DSL. Dapat imbestigahan ito ng senado natin dahil ninanakaw nila ang pera ng mga hard working filipinos. I'll tell my fiancee to bring the smart bro modem sa smart center sa ayala or SM Mall in Cebu at ibagsak nya sa floor then apakan nya ng sapatos nya para makita ng mga bagong customer na balak gumamit ng SMART. Inis na din ako at ang fiancee ko dito sa piece of crap</description>
