smartbro sucks. after 2 years of being a loyal subscriber the contractor who checked our smart bro antenna advised us to just close our account citing that the base station is being obstructed by trees and telling us that a lot of subscribers have closed their accounts too. talk about good client relationship. instead of doing something to keep the accounts of their existing subscribers, they just chose to ignore them. tsk tsk tsk

Smart is a communications company, but it’s hard to communicate with them. all I want to know is what is error 619, and why since loading up last Feb14, i can’t seem to use my HUWEI E1553 HSDPA USB? And why no people behind your Customer SVC landline, just a bunch of automated answers. And why does your customers doesn’t reply via email?
