Misfortunes of Smart Wifi and Smart Bro Customers
If you are one of the hundreds of Smart Wifi subscribers and want to share some of your experiences and complaints, then this is your chance to make a difference.
I have put up this site for you to properly voice your side in a manner that will facilitate proper government agencies, organizations, and the press to collect valuable information and contact persons to lodge a formal complaint against Smart and Meridian Telekoms for their neglect in providing a reliable wireless fidelity service.
All you need to do is register here, login and submit your stories. These submissions will be reviewed before they are published. Please make sure to provide details of your dsl/wifi account, your location and other pertinent data.

Worry no more guys, Rep. Way Kurat is on your side, he also is a Smart Wifi subscriber that has been having headaches with his internet connection since it was installed and it’s frequent basestation technical activities. his employee called the hotline to inquire how to terminate their subscription and he was shocked to be informed that they are required to pay the pretermination fee even that his internet connection only gave him headaches. so instead of arguing with a CSR/TSR, he made a bill and raised it to the congress to make an investigation about this matter since he was also informed that the number of complaints the NTC is receiving is very alarming..
HALA!
Yes, I am, and so far, the problems that I have encountered with WIFI since installation last Feb2006 are just minimal..worst is a half day offline…you will know if you can’t ping their DNS ip addresses but you can get new ip address , then their system/base station is down…
Decided to go for SMART WIFI because my home phone is PLDT Teletipid and if I go DSL, I will need to pay for the monthly phone line plus the DSL service …and it would be more expensive in a monthly basis, while our Php 300.00 on teletipid is for 2 months use. (we are more on incoming calls, than outgoing as I work out in Manila, while living in Laguna)
Anyway, glad there is this site where users can talk and discuss about the service. Thanks moderator!

di naman siguro aaprubahan yun kung di yun napagkasunduan.
ska kung may prob, eh di punatahan ang wireless ceneter.
A Computer Clueless…
Kyle is a computer dummy! He doen’t know anything about computers, internet, ipod, etc. His college report cards can prove that. He’s very much aware of that fact and he does not want to do something about it. He’s stacked with the old-fashioned way…
O, ngayon asan na yung bill nung representative na yon??? Alang nangyari diba? 2007 na.
Sus. Aabutan ka na lang ng isang taon kakabayad ng alang kwentang serbisyo ng smart. Asa pa tayo.
This will not end unless the government makes steps to regulate this freakin company. For sure some government officials are getting their pockets fat protecting Smart. Yumayaman lang mga taga NTC. True?
And right now kung pwede ko lang ipakulam ang lahat ng taga smart ginawa ko na. Nakakabwisit talaga ang connection. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
