Need HELP for increased SMARTBRO speed

I’ve observed that the fastest times when i can use the internet is from 1am to 10am…I could play online games without lag…Times outside of the given range would mean hell to me: laggy games….laggy downloads…and also chipped voice when i call pc2pc….

Dont tell me that i have not read the previous post coz i have…Unfortunately nothing of them works (problem occurs every now and then) and the people who i have contacted seem to be unavailable…

any help would do….from configuring the canopy program(mine is 7.9.2 prog, & i don’t know sheet about configuring it) to providing programs for faster internet connection speed….thanks to those who’d help…

SmartwiFi pre-XMas PROMO w0w!

Hey guys, I just want to share my experience with smartwifi weeks before christmas of 2006, 1st quarter of december 2006, philippines was hit by 3 super typhoons and we all know what happened but i want to share what happened in our area for i think its a bit longer, after the storm reming, our connection was down for 3 days straight, then it came back the morning of the fourth day… that’s tuesday dec 12 i was very happy then but it was kinda slow so i reset the connection NOT knowing that it would be the end of my happiness, After i reset my conection my IP ADDRESS was changed and it is now perfect anymore so the result is totally SLOW performance and i called the CS(customer Support) again FYI i called almost 6 times during the 3 day cooldown of smart due to the strom reming and they always say the word” sir maayos na yan bukas” and for this time i called again , they said the base station is having its maintennance and i should monitor the connection for the next 24 hours, i monitored it, (what can i do i use my pc almost 24 hrs a day) i checked it hour to hour but nothing happened after 1 WEEK my IP Address is still not perfect and because of that i experience SUPER OMEGA DUPER SLOW browsing and the WORST OF ALL I CANNOT CONNECT on my ONLINE GAMES!!! after 1 week again my IP ADDRESS was changed finally but still isn’t perfect but i can log in on my online games but its still slow , to end it up, TODAY JANUARY 3, 2007 FINALLY After Resetting my connection at the portal i received the PERFECT IP ADDRESS but i noticed when i checked the speed, its a little it slower from the last time i checked it which is November but im already satisfied with it as long as the IP address is perfect for i can smoothly play my online games…. to sum it up its almost 3 and a half weeks of Suffering and Almost 50 times of calling to the customer care support… i’m not that mad at smartwifi why? i just want to share coz, my due date of payment is december 21, since i am experiencing slow connection by that time i planned not to pay until its fixed, and im surprised my connection was not cut until now which is jan.3 2007 and now that its fixed im going to pay the bill tomorrow, and FINALLY LAST 3 MONTHS of suffering and I can be FINALLY free from THE SCAMMER RULE which is the 1 YEAR LOCK PERIOD, I SWEAR TO GOD IM not GOING TO continue on Using Smartbro after that 1 year lock period I will switch immediately to Globelines Broadband, i am really a victim of smartwifi, my classmate was so lucky he was able to apply for globelines he does not experience NERVE BURSTING problems that smartwifi OFFERS? wak0k0k0k0
