Kinabit ang smart bro ko june 13 at ang account # ko ends in a 13 too….siguro kaya sobrang malas nitong connection ko…kung supers-tiis-ous kayo eh mukang yun ang problema,ang ‘13′, dapat baguin nila accnt #ko para mawala ang malas…hehehe.

Pero ang sama talaga ng service.naka hostage ang subscriber dahil may lock out..ok sana kung ang connectivity mahusay diba…ang tanong ko lang since more for the children as tool for their education, how can Smart help me or us so our kids wont have to go trough frustation once they log on.dinadamay nila mga bata,nagiging counter-productive yung tool at nagiging destructive pa.

Since december subscriber na ako ng Smart Bro dito sa Malolos, Bulacan. Ewan ko ba kung bakit maraming nagrereklamo, eh hanggang ngayon ayos ang connection ko.

Hindi naman pala ako praning, kung hindi matigas ang ulo. Bago ako nag-apply sa Smart Bro(ken) na “wi-fi” raw, nang-istorbo ako ng mga taong ‘di ko kakilala, at nag-survey sa mga kaibigan kong connected. May mga nagsabing huwag na, kung ayaw kong sumakit lang ang ulo ko. May mga nagsabing medyo okay na, o pwede na ang connection sa kasalukuyan. Mas pinaniwalaan ko itong huli, lalo na’t atat na akong magka-broadband.

So, okay naman noong una. Mula noong Hulyo 1, nang makabitan ako, bagama’t medyo nagbabagal, isang beses lang akong nawalan ng connection at naayos naman agad. Hanggang sa dumating ang Martes na gabi. Nawalan ako ng connection.

Hi, guys i think this is the time for us to stand and help each other. We will all become slave of our bad experiences if we let ourselves to be so let’s move and talk about our problems… We can make this forum more educational if we will use this to exchange information that can help us understand more about our SmartBRO connection and what can it really offer to us. I think we just have to be educated about the service to lighten our burdens and know what to do every problem we encounter.

I have technical info’s that i’m willing to share about SmartBRO and I’m willing also to answer your questions to the best of my knowledge, yung kaya ko lang syempre. I also encourage others to participate and share their own ideas to deepen our understanding on SmartBRO. We all have our own experiences and ways to solve them so it might also help others who are still lost and frustrated in their conncetion. We can’t put all the blame to the ISP provider coz we also have our responsibility once we signed the application form.

I bet most of us didn’t even spend time reading the apps form and ask question about it so we are not aware of its other terms & what to expect on the service (kasi masyado tayong atat mag internet e.. hehe). So instead of throwing personal bad experiences which do not solve our problem let’s create an atmosphere here that focus more on what to do and where to go in case we experience a problem with our connection. After a month ayus pa rin naman ang connection ng wifi ko. The only problem is ndi ako makapag dcc send ng file sa irc. Di tuloy makapag omenserve.

Im not satisfied with this SMART BROken. My download is always 1-10kbps with azureus. and the main reason is the NAT problem.. I try to port forward and it doesnt solve my problem, then i called the tech supot and they cannot understand me. Sorry sa mga tech supot pero wala kayo kwenta and alam nyo lang ay mag ipconfig/release at renew at magparestart ng PC..-jologs..Nagrequest ako sa kanila ng TCP listen port na pwede nilang iforward pero mukhang di nila alam un.. Sana masolve ng SMART ang problema sa download.. Last week i write a letter of complain and disconnection nagmamakaawa ung nasa wireless center sakin, bigyan ko daw ng chance ang smart pero ngaun wala talaga pinagbabago ang Smart.
